Terms & Conditions – Tours

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be made in advance through our website or direct contact. A booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message from Victor Angkor Rides.

For some tours, a deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation.

2. Tour Types

Private Tours
Private tours are exclusively for you or your group.
Flexible itinerary and start time (within reasonable limits).
Includes a dedicated driver and vehicle (Tuk-Tuk, Car, or Minivan).
Join-in (Shared) Tours
Join-in tours are shared with other travelers.
Fixed schedule and itinerary.
Limited flexibility on timing and stops.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

Tour prices are clearly stated per vehicle or per person, depending on the tour type.

Included:
Professional driver
Transportation (Tuk-Tuk, Car, or Minivan)
Hotel pickup and drop-off (within Siem Reap town)

Not Included:
Angkor Archaeological Park entrance ticket
Meals and drinks
Licensed tour guide (available on request at extra cost)
Personal expenses

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged 100%.
No-shows are non-refundable.

5. Payment Terms

Payments can be made in cash (USD) or via agreed online methods.
Full payment is usually required before or at the start of the tour.

6. Pickup & Timing

Free pickup is available from hotels in Siem Reap town.
Please be ready at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before departure time.
Delays caused by the customer may shorten the tour duration without refund.

7. Transportation Conditions

We provide different vehicle options based on your booking:
Tuk-Tuk: Ideal for 1–3 passengers
Car (Sedan/SUV): Comfortable for small groups
Minivan: Suitable for families or larger groups

All vehicles are maintained for safety and comfort, but availability may vary.

8. Itinerary Changes

The itinerary (e.g., Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, Ta Prohm) may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
We will always aim to provide a similar or better experience.

9. Responsibility & Safety

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage during the tour.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

10. Customer Conduct

Respect local culture, temples, and dress codes.
Follow driver instructions for safety.
Misconduct may result in tour termination without refund.

11. Weather Conditions

Tours operate in most weather conditions. In case of extreme weather, we will offer rescheduling or alternative arrangements where possible.
